Eric Dunleavy, Ph.D.
Senior Consultant

Dr. Eric Dunleavy is a nationally recognized industrial psychologist on staff with The Center for Corporate Equality (CCE), a national nonprofit employer association based in Washington, D.C. dedicated to creating workplaces from bias and unlawful discrimination. Dr. Dunleavy also serves as the co-chair of the CCE member task force on employment testing and selection. He is also a senior consultant with DCI Consulting Group, Inc., a national human resources risk management firm in Washington, D.C. He specializes in providing consulting services to employers and management law firms, particularly in the areas statistical analyses, employee selection, and test validation.

Before joining The Center for Corporate Equality and DCI, Dr. Dunleavy was a Senior Research Scientist at the American Institutes for Research (AIR), where he worked as an expert witness on litigation related to employee selection.

Dr. Dunleavy is currently the legal chair of the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and is on the editorial board of The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist as coauthor of the "On the Legal Front" column. He has published on employee selection, quantitative methods, and legal issues. He is currently an adjunct faculty member of George Mason University.

Dr. Dunleavy received his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in quantitative data analysis from the University of Houston.
