David B. Cohen
Senior Vice President

David Cohen is the senior vice president for The Center for Corporate Equality (CCE), a national nonprofit employer association in Washington, D.C. dedicated to creating workplaces free from bias and unlawful discrimination. He is also a member of CCE's board of directors.

Cohen is also the founder and president of DCI Consulting Group, Inc., a national human resources risk management consulting firm based in Washington DC. A recognized EEO and affirmative action compliance expert, Cohen speaks frequently before senior corporate leaders at Fortune 500 companies, regional and annual ILG national conferences and OFCCP events, and industry webinars. He also trains corporate managers in several compliance areas, including systemic compensation discrimination analyses and compliance with Internet applicant recordkeeping requirements.

Cohen is the co-author of "Understanding Statistics: A Guide for I/O Psychologists and Human Resource Professionals." He is also Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Human Resources.

Cohen has a M.A. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and B.A. degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
